Couscous is rich in vitamins and contains minerals such as potassium, magnesium, selenium & phosphorous.
To prepare: Bring one part of water to the boil and add one part couscous.
Remove from heat and cover for five minutes. Stir with a fork to separate the grain.
Ingredients: Durum Wheat Semolina, Water.
