Cassia vera cinnamon sticks are obtained by peeling the outer bark of the tree with a special knife, then they are pressed on top of each other and reduced to 20cm in length. The outer skin is peeled off with a small curved knife and sorted into different grades based on thickness from which they are rolled into pipes and allowed to dry.
Our 100% cassia vera cinnamon sticks are GMO-Free and grown in Vietnam.
