Made from wholewheat durum and has around double the amount of fibre compared to regular white couscous.
Quick & easy to prepare. It can be flavored with any herbs, spices or stock.
Makes a great side dish, in place of rice or cold as a salad.
To prepare: Bring one part of water to the boil and add one part couscous.
Remove from heat and cover for five minutes. Stir with a fork to separate the grain.
